You may provide inputs to the Service such as brand assets, images, copy, URLs, and other materials ("Inputs"). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to use and provide these Inputs.

You retain ownership of your Inputs. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and use your Inputs solely to provide and improve the Service.

The Service generates output ads, images, and related assets ("Outputs") based on your Inputs and selections. You own your Outputs, subject to any third-party rights in your Inputs.

You are responsible for reviewing Outputs for accuracy, legal compliance, and platform policy requirements before use or publication.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by rightads.appand is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the rights explicitly granted to you in these Terms, no rights are granted by implication or otherwise.

If the Service requires payment, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us or our payment processor to charge your payment method.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Taxes may apply.

The Service may integrate or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party terms, content, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
